The beginnings of Hallmark Housekeeping Services are well rooted in the city of Toronto. With our Head Office located here since 1977, we have built many strong and lasting relationships with our customers over the years. In fact, some of our most long-standing clients have been with us from our humble inception, and we have worked hard to foster those relationships for over a quarter of a century.

Over the next decade, the company expanded its business by maintaining quality service relationships with current clients, while simultaneously earning the trust of new and potential accounts. Integrity, hard work, and the desire to provide a superior level of service contributed to a steady growth in the company. In the intervening years, the company also developed managerial and operational procedures that strengthened the base of the company by establishing a steadfast response to customer requirements that still continues today.

The 1990's brought about many exciting ventures. At the start of the decade Hallmark Housekeeping Services expanded to Ottawa - and through a combination of hard work and commitment to the industry, quickly became a major force in the Ottawa market. We currently provide our services in buildings ranging from 50,000 to over 1 million square feet. Since we first opened our Ottawa branch, Hallmark Housekeeping Services has dedicated itself to meeting the needs of this market and most of all, earning the trust and confidences of many high level clients. We are proud of our solid and successful operation in the Ottawa region.

In a continual effort to keep up to the pace of business, Hallmark Housekeeping Services also embarked on a comprehensive effort aimed at updating its computer systems to meet all the demands of the Y2K turnover. Additionally, Hallmark Housekeeping Services took it upon itself to overhaul operational procedures…making sure that each and every member of our supervisory team had access to continued education in WHMIS, Health & Safety, Leadership Seminars and Computer Skills.

The next chapter of history leads us to: Calgary, Alberta. Established in 1998, we have worked aggressively to develop this market by understanding our clients' specific needs. In just three short years we have already built a solid foundation for our Calgary operations and presently provide our cleaning services to a wide range of prestigious clients. Using our effective combination of experience, hard work and enthusiasm, our team has positioned itself in the Alberta market and we are proud of establishing and building another successful branch to our operations.

After 30 successful years in the service industry, we must respectfully thank our clients for the business they have entrusted to us to date.
