Manuel J. Clementino, Owner
As the owner of Hallmark Housekeeping Services, Manuel (Manny) Clementino has over 30 years of experience in the building cleaning industry and is largely responsible for building an efficient, successful and progressive company. His leadership style is derived from a belief in hard work, a commitment to quality and a thorough understanding of the cleaning industry. He attributes his success to date to his ability to attract dedicated, loyal, and hardworking people to the company.

Arthur S. Carreiro, President
Mr. Carreiro is President of Hallmark, and is another cornerstone of the company. He has been with Hallmark for over 20 years and has contributed immensely to its success to date. Using his industry knowledge and experience, he has instilled a culture of success though his honest effort and solid administrative abilities. As president at Hallmark, he is responsible for ensuring a high level of customer service across the country.

Larry Heath, Senior Vice President
As Senior Vice President, Larry Heath oversees all operational aspects of our Toronto and Calgary Operations. Combining an insightful understanding of the industry with over 30 years of solid and successful management experience, Larry's focus has been primarily on our current client service portfolio - to maintain our service partnerships and collaborate on future business development.

Alfred Costa, Director of Operations
Alfred has over 20 years of hands-on industry experience and utilizes his honest and strong work ethic to oversee the operations throughout the GTA.  Alfred also has a proven track record in effectively managing contract transitions and emergency response. As Director, Alfred will focus on providing leadership, goal setting, and direction so that his operational team can perform effectively.  In addition, Alfred also manages our Transition Team, which guarantees timely and organized account installations.

John Ambrosio, Director of Environmental Services
John joined Hallmark in 2004, after successfully graduating from Ryerson University with a Bachelor Degree in Commerce. To date, John has been involved with the Quality Assurance and Health and Safety programs. In 2006, he was responsible for the successful implementation of Hallmark’s comprehensive new Health & Safety Program. John’s emphasis will be to work with client groups and staff to ensure the success of Hallmark’s green initiatives throughout the company. His main focus will be the continued improvement and development of the We Clean Green™ program, green training, and working with clients trying to achieve LEED and BOMA BESt certification.

Philip M. Clementino - Business Development Manager
As one of the newest members of the Hallmark team, Philip brings energy and enthusiasm together with years of experience in various operational capacities. Recently, Philip worked in both the Health & Safety and Quality Assurance areas, working with both client groups and staff to maximize the way we provide our cleaning services. In his current role, Philip is part of the Hallmark team that focuses on pursuing and developing opportunities that will assist in our future growth and our continued success.

Christopher King, Human Resources
Chris recently joined Hallmark upon graduating from Guelph University where he studied Human Resources. His responsibilities include employee relations, labour legislation and compliance, maintaining and improving Health and Safety, and the coordination of W.H.M.I.S training.


OPERATIONAL RESOURCES - OTTAWA

Francis Keys, Vice President - Ottawa
As Vice President - Ottawa, Francis Keys is directly responsible for all aspects of the Ottawa Branch. Combining an insightful understanding of the industry with over 27 years of solid and successful management experience, Francis Keys provides direction and leadership to our Ottawa operations.  Francis is committed, available and accessible at any time to deal with Client concerns regarding all aspects of the contract including operations, budget control, administrations, client relations, etc.  With his solid team management skills, he has been instrumental in maintaining our high standards of service at each of our contract locations.  Francis is an active member of BOMA.

Hal Turner, Director of Operations
With over 17 years of industry experience, Hal Turner dedicates himself to effectively managing an impressive portfolio of clients; overseeing day-to-day operations, contract development and account maintenance - ensuring client satisfaction at each and every level. Hard working and dedicated, Hal's success to date is attributable to his solid knowledge of the industry and his attention to detail.  Hal anchors a solid and experienced team of hardworking managers and supervisors dedicated to providing a quality cleaning service. His ability to create a positive work environment results in attracting reliable staff to the company.


OPERATIONAL RESOURCES - ALBERTA

Jack Niewolski, Vice President - Alberta
Over the past thirteen years Jack Niewolski has held managerial positions in several major cities across Canada; gaining solid and diverse management experience in the building cleaning industry.  In his role as Vice President for Hallmark Housekeeping Services (Alberta) Inc. Jack will be monitoring the Operations Department and developing future growth of the Calgary branch.  Jack is an excellent example of Hallmark Housekeeping's ability to attract and develop continuous client relations.  His solid operational background combined with proven management and people skills enable Jack to build on our strong reputation for delivering professional contract services.

Catherine Marshall, Quality Assurance Manager
Catherine has several years experience in the janitorial industry.  She is responsible for the daily administrative functions of the Calgary branch.  She is also involved in Health and Safety audits as a Certified Auditor and Trainer.  In her current role with Hallmark Housekeeping Services (Alberta) Inc., Catherine conducts training for all employees and performs independent Quality Assurance inspections and surveys of all our Calgary locations.
